Many people who have a desk based job suffer from a combination of Head, Neck, Shoulder, Upper/Lower Back or Wrist issues. Being sat at a desk for hour after hour (a position the body wasn’t designed for) can accumulate areas of tightness, and lead onto many more problems of pain and tension, causing a chain effect to different structures in the body.
Many of these issues can be corrected with myofascial techniques to improve posture and release the tight or painful areas. I can also provide an assessment of your working position and give simple guidelines that are very effective at preventing re-occurring issues.
